What U will do:

  • Manage the Accounts Receivable function, ensuring accurate customer invoicing, annual indexation, payment collection, and account reconciliation

  • Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up overdue accounts to ensure timely collections

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the accounting system, including uploading new contracts into Deltek and setting up billing profiles in Fee Forecast

  • Resolve customer billing issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner

  • Support cashflow management with a strong focus on cash collection and debtor reporting

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales teams, and the Executive team on client account matters

  • Assist with month‑end processing, reconciliations, and other finance support tasks

U will be someone with:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting roles

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and ERP/accounting systems

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, large data sets)

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

  • Confidence communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
