Key Duties:

  • Support users via phone, email, or in person
  • Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and hardware issues
  • Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Handle password resets and user account management (Active Directory)
  • Assist with basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
  • Log, track, and update tickets using ITSM tools
  • Perform system setup, software installation, and basic troubleshooting
  • Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
  • Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Familiarity with IT hardware and troubleshooting
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks

Good to Have:

  • IT qualification (Diploma/Degree in IT or related field)
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and VPN
  • Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.)
