15 hours per week position based in Newcastle.

As a member of VERTO’s Training Services Team, you will provide high quality administrative support to the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program, working closely with the SEE team to support participant outcomes and program delivery across our Broadmeadow, Cessnock, Charlestown, Singleton, Raymond Terrace and Maitland offices.

The successful candidate's base location may be considered across these sites, subject to business needs and operational requirements.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage deadlines while ensuring high levels of accuracy in a high-volume driven environment

  • Possess strong administrative, data entry skills along with strong digital capability
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team
  • Possess a drive and passion for the betterment of student outcomes and commitment to positive team culture.
  • Desirable - Knowledge of Vocational Education Training Sector programs and Registered Training Organisations
