Ace Disability Services is a not-for-profit, NDIS-registered organization that provides personalized support to people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals experiencing hardship. Ace is currently seeking caring and reliable Support Workers to join its team. The role involves assisting clients with daily activities, personal care, and community engagement while supporting them to maintain independence and achieve their goals. Ideal candidates are compassionate, have strong communication skills, and can work independently as well as in a team. Previous disability support experience is preferred, and applicants must hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid/CPR certification, and a valid driver's licence. Pay: $55.95 – $61.39 per hour
