Angelic Care – High & Low Care Disability Support Workers
Boutique Disability Services – In-Home & Community Access

At Angelic Care, we are a boutique disability service that values providing high-quality, person-centred care to people living with disabilities. We are looking for reliable, motivated, and compassionate professionals to join our dedicated team and provide exceptional support to our clients long-term.

About the Role

We are seeking experienced and confident support workers to provide both high and low care support, including:

  • Daily Living & Community Access: light domestic duties, meal preparation, transport, and accompanying clients on social outings.
  • Complex & Personal Care: Daily hygiene, personal care, hoisting (2:1 & 1:1), continence care, enema insertion, digital stimulation, and skin integrity monitoring.
  • Clinical Support: working with clients with neuromuscular disabilities, spinal cord injuries, brain acquired/traumatic brain injuries, and complex wounds.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for support workers who are kind, dependable, and confident in providing both high and low care needs.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (must have experience with enema insertion & digital stimulation for high care)
  • Manual Handling certification & experience with hoists/transfers
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Medication Assistance Certificate
  • Valid Driver Licence & insured vehicle
  • Permanent Australian work rights

Highly Regarded:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
  • Manual handling and bowel therapy experience
  • Current National Police Check
