ENERGETIC FEMALE SUPPORT WORKER WHO IS PROACTIVE AND ENGAGING.

Job description:

We are seeking a reliable, punctual, and highly energetic Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a bubbly, creative personality and the confidence to lead engaging group activities, backed by strong problem solving skills. We are looking for a flexible individual with excellent communication skills who brings positive energy to every interaction.

Above all, you must have good core values, being genuinely caring, understanding, and a great listener. Maintaining professional boundaries, privacy, and strict confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid, Certificate III in Individual Support).
  • Legal right to work in Australia.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a car.

· Experience in a similar role preferred.

· Native English speaker.

· Police National Check and NDIS Worker Screening compliance preferred

· Valid driver’s license and access to a car.
