SUPPORT WORKERS WANTED – GOSFORD, NSW

Carefinity is looking for dedicated Disability Support Workers (DSWs) to support clients in Gosford, NSW.

About the Role

Location: Gosford, NSW
Shifts: Ongoing with flexible hours available

Shift Types:

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Sleepover shifts
  • Short shifts
  • Long shifts

Duties Include

  • Personal care and daily living support
  • Manual handling and mobility support
  • Community access and social support
  • Domestic assistance and light household duties
  • Providing safe, respectful, and person-centred care

Requirements

✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to Work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Experience with personal care and manual handling
✅ Good English communication skills
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport

Pay: $37.18 – $105.00 per hour
