Female Disability Support Worker – Casual

Location: Liverpool, NSW

Pay Rate: $40 per hour (inclusive of casual loading, excluding superannuation)

Available shift hours-Mon- Sun- 9.30AM - 2PM and 7PM - 9PM

Employment Type: Casual

We are seeking a female Disability Support Worker in the Liverpool area who can support participants with daily living activities including personal hygiene cares, mobility and transfers while promoting independence and well-being.

No Drivers licence or prior experience is required; training will be provided. We welcome applicants who are reliable, compassionate, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centred support to participants
  • Assist with all daily living activities
  • Support the participant with community access activities (outings, social engagement, appointments, etc.)
  • Encourage independence, social interaction, and engagement
  • Maintain clear communication and shift notes

Requirements

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
  • Reliable and positive attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, friendly personality
