Salary: Competitive + Benefits $37 - $40 (based on experience and qualifications, weekday and weekends (award rate)

Male Support Workers

What You’ll Do

 Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to clients in a SIL house located in Tuart Hill

 Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, mobility, meals, and medication

 Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing

 Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families

 Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team

 Encourage and support social outings, community access, and companionship

 Report and document progress in a professional, timely manner

 Work alongside families, care coordinators, and allied health professionals

 Follow safety standards and NDIS practice guidelines at all times

What We’re Looking For

 A caring, compassionate, and respectful approach

 Relevant experience or willingness to learn (training provided)

 Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care or equivalent (preferred)

 NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

 Current First Aid/CPR certification

 Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)

 Subscribe to a culture of teamwork, caring and quality service

 Professionalism, a good reputation & respect for our staff, clients and their families

 A good judgment, quick decision-making and excellent communication skills

 Current National Police Clearance

 Experience working with participant with early onset of dementia/ Alzheimer is beneficial

 Current or willing to obtain relevant immunisations for working in WA health

 Smart mobile phone
