  • Build strong, positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds, gender expressions, personalities, and cultures.
  • Utilise positive behaviour strategies, a person-centred approach, and a trauma-informed lens to provide effective support.
  • Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, community access, and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and ensure thorough record-keeping.
  • Demonstrate strong computer, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Apply transferable skills in providing care, empathy, and support to others.
  • Respectfully assist with personal care and domestic duties, ensuring dignity and independence.

We strongly encourage applications from people with a disability, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander people, Culturally & Linguistically Diverse people, and LGBTQIA+ people.
