Urgent Start | Duacare Support Solutions

The Opportunity
Duacare Support Solutions, a compassionate NDIS-registered provider, is urgently seeking dedicated and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our team in Adelaide’s Western Suburbs. Experience in mental health support is highly regarded. If you are passionate about making a positive impact and empowering individuals to live their best lives, this is the role for you.

You’ll be part of a supportive and growing team, providing high-quality, person-centred care that truly makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support (e.g., showering, dressing, hygiene assistance).
  • Assist with household tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Support community access, social activities, and transportation.
  • Offer companionship, emotional support, and mental health assistance to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to help them achieve their personal goals.

What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid NDIS Worker Check.
  • A current National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
  • A current First Aid Certificate.
  • A full Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • A compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in mental health support is preferred.
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is highly regarded but not essential.
