Job Description


This role supports the Division in providing financial and commercial services to assist the business unit in meeting financial targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyse organisational performance and operational processes across the division to identify efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Provide strategic and financial advice and recommendations to optimise resource utilisation, enhance profitability, and support organisational objectives.
  • Lead analysis to assist with transition to new systems
  • Development of non-financial models to support commercial analysis, pricing reviews, client, consultant and product/services margin reviews to optimise profitability
  • Provide insights and modelling to support organisational planning
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial and operational performance indicators, preparing dashboards and reports to inform leadership decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Economics, Commerce or relevant field
  • Demonstrated experience within similar capacity
  • Excel Modelling skills
  • Highly developed strategic and analytical skills, creative thinking and problem solving to support the business to improve process efficiency.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills; including an exceptional capacity to manage relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Outstanding organisational skills; including the ability to work accurately, with a high attention to detail.
