About ASSETLINK

Assetlink support businesses to manage their assets and operations in the commercial, retail, aviation, health & aged care and mining sectors.

A position has come available for an experienced Full Time Maintenance Team Member with proven experience within the facilities field. This position will be based at Watergardens Shopping Centre.

The overall functions of this role are:

  • General handy-person
  • Roaming support for operations and maintenance team
  • Carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance work
  • Pressure washing, high cleaning and general cleaning support
  • Maintain the presentation of the centre to a high standard
  • Provide excellent customer service skills in order to deal with tenants and clients

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience within maintenance/handyman
  • Versatile handy-person skills
  • Ability to use Power tools, Forklift, scissor lift (EWP) highly desirable
  • Basic plumbing skills
  • Physically capable of moving equipment
  • Ability to be part of a team.
  • Be self-motivated and responsible
  • Liaise with customers as required.
  • Trade qualification is helpful
