You will undertake initial screening and assessment of client needs, including determining eligibility for Child Development Service programs such as Autism Assessment services, while identifying any vulnerabilities that may impact engagement with available supports. You will be responsible for registering and processing referrals, ensuring all client interactions and information are accurately and promptly recorded in the relevant database. A key part of your work will involve providing high-quality advice and guidance to families about the Child Development Service, as well as other government, non-government, private, and interstate service providers, helping families navigate the most appropriate pathways for their needs.
