About the Opportunity

We're looking for an exceptional Cosmetic Doctor to join our established doctor-led aesthetic clinic in Byron Bay.

Over the past five years, we've built one of the region's leading premium medical aesthetics clinics, with a genuine reputation for natural results, clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. Our clinic is built around deep medical expertise, advanced technology and a collaborative multidisciplinary team, allowing our doctors to practise at the highest level of aesthetic medicine.

You'll be joining an experienced and supportive team, including highly skilled skin therapists, patient experience coordinators and an established clinic manager. You'll also work closely with the founding doctor, with opportunities for mentorship, collaboration and ongoing professional development.

• Base salary: $200,000 per year, along with an attractive performance-based bonus structure.

• Hands-on mentorship and support. Work alongside the founding doctor within an established clinic, gaining ongoing mentorship in advanced treatment planning, combination therapies, consultation skills and patient communication.
• Genuine training and professional development. Continue developing your expertise across our full technology platform while refining consultation skills, treatment planning and combination approaches that deliver exceptional long-term outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• AHPRA registered doctor with genuine interest in aesthetic medicine. Experience in injectables, energy-based devices (RF, laser) preferred but not essential as training will be offered for the right candidate.
