Full job description

Top Health Doctors Birkdale is a modern custom built GP and skin cancer clinic located at the Birkdale Fair. We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing excellent customer service, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail and with exceptional communication skills.

Duties;

  • Manage greeting, registration and departure of patients
  • Deliver quality service and assistance to the Doctors working in the centre.
  • Ensure that the facilities are clean and tidy at all times
  • Ensure accurate billing and receipting for patient services

Skills & experience;

  • 2 years previous Medical Receptionist experience is preferred.
  • Computer literacy and ability (Best Practice)
  • Proven multitasking, problem solving and time management
  • Accurate data entry and communication skills
  • Can do attitude
