VPS 4 Document Controller

  • Hybrid working environment.

  • 2 years fixed term, VPS 4 $100,894- $114,476 + super & benefits.

Join us in building better connections for Victoria by:


  • Work closely with the project teams to fully understand the business needs with the aim of ensuring the best possible information management frameworks are effectively utilised to aid compliance, consistency and document control across NELP. Support and train project teams and contractors on document management processes and provide ongoing system support.


  • Maintain quality of NELP’s document control and information management collaboration system as well as implement, maintain and ensure compliance with document control processes, procedures and requirements aligned with project and company standards.


  • Prepare and provide reporting and updates to senior management and alliance partners on the status, trends and performance of document control processes, as required


  • Maintain document control standards, including version control, naming conventions, filing structures, and document governance. Oversee document creation, review, revision and release.


  • Coordinate and track the review, approval and distribution of documents and contractor submissions, while monitoring document workflows to ensure timely completion; and supporting effective communication and document flow across project teams.


Document Controllers at VIDA Roads are responsible for accurate management of documents prepared and received by the project teams, contractors and client groups to support the day-to-day operation of the project. This role is to support the North East Link Program (NELP). The Document Controller will ensure smooth information exchange and proper record keeping throughout the Program.
