About the role
We have an opportunity for a Training Support Officer to be part of our Client Engagement, Technology & Communication Services Command. The Training Support Officer is responsible for the coordination, preparation, delivery and assessment of education and training material in the development of skills for optimum career paths.
Step into a pivotal role as a Training Support Officer within the NSW Police Force, where you’ll empower frontline officers with the knowledge and skills to navigate vital systems with confidence.
In this dynamic role, you’ll travel across the state, delivering expert training that ensures operational excellence in high-pressure environments. Every day presents new challenges, new locations, and new opportunities to make a tangible impact. Your work will directly contribute to the readiness and effectiveness of police teams, making every training session a valuable step toward public safety.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across New South Wales, including both metropolitan and regional areas.
- Practical experience in setting up and operating equipment— such as connecting cables, configuring devices, and ensuring functionality for training sessions.
- A valid, current, and clean driver's licence is required to meet the role's operational needs.
- This is a predominantly face-to-face position, designed to foster direct collaboration and engagement, with remote work not being a component of this role.
