Hahndorf Medical Centre is seeking a VR General Practitioner to join its experienced and welcoming team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Hahndorf Medical Centre has cared for the local community since 1930 and built a strong reputation for high-quality, patient-centred family medicine. The practice offers a supportive, collaborative environment where GPs can enjoy clinical autonomy while building long-term relationships with patients and families.

With an established and growing patient base, there is an opportunity to build a busy and rewarding practice while working alongside experienced GPs, nurses and professional administration staff.

The practice supports a broad range of General Practice services, including preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, women’s health, men’s health, children’s health, mental health, skin health, healthy ageing, geriatric medicine, palliative care and obstetric shared care. The current GP team also has clinical interests spanning women’s health, paediatrics, geriatrics, palliative medicine, skin cancer medicine, men’s health and chronic disease management, creating a clinically varied environment for incoming GPs.

Hahndorf Medical Centre is also an accredited training practice for GP Registrars and medical students, providing opportunities for clinical learning, professional development and collaboration.

The practice has access to allied health professionals including podiatry and physiotherapy, supporting a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
