You won't just be checking boxes; you’ll be changing lives. Your day-to-day will focus on:


True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional wellbeing.

Independence at Home: Helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.

Community Connection: Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.

Health & Safety Monitoring: Keeping accurate care records and proactively reporting any changes in health or wellbeing to protect our clients.


What You Bring to the Team


We value heart, reliability, and professionalism above all else. To set you up for success, you will need:

Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.

Great Communication: The ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.

The Essentials: A valid First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).

A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience!
