Medical Advisor –Rare Diseases
Location: Sydney (covering Australia & New Zealand)

FTE: 1.0 (Full time permanent)

Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the field of rare diseases? We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Medical Advisor to join our Medical Affairs team for the Rare Diseases Portfolio, inclusive of Springworks Therapeutics & Healthcare assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert medical and scientific support for rare disease portfolio across ANZ in strategic planning and execution
• Establish key thought leader relationships and networks, and engage healthcare professionals
• Facilitate relationships to map and establish engagement with patient advocacy groups
• Collaborate proactively cross-functionally with Commercial, Regulatory, Market Access, Gov. Affairs and R&D teams to drive medical strategy
• Develop and deliver impactful medical content, training, and education initiatives
• Support clinical trial activities and real-world evidence generation

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Medical degree (MBBS or PhD) with strong clinical and/or medical scientific expertise in rare diseases, preferably in Musculoskeletal or neuro-oncology
• At least 5 years experience in Medical Affairs or clinical roles within rare disease/ specialty care
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a dynamic and diverse ANZ geography
• Passion for data-driven insights, digital excellence, customer and patient-centered strategies
