Exploration RC Drillers FIFO

We are a Western Australian Drilling Contractor providing Drilling Services to Resource and Mining Companies within the Goldfields Region and throughout Western Australia.

With multiple long-term jobs secured, we are currently seeking FIFO RC Exploration Drillers with a strong work ethic, leaders with an exceptional understanding of delivering safe work practices to join our growing team. You must be a self starter and have the ability to work autonomously, as well as be able to motivate, direct and lead your crew.

Drilling Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates should have demonstrated experience operating one or more of the following drill rigs:

• Schramm 685 Truck-Mounted Drill Rig
• Schramm 450 Truck-Mounted Drill Rig
• Hydco 800 Deep Hole RC Drill Rig (Truck-Mounted)
• Hydco 350 Truck-Mounted Drill Rig

Applicants with experience across multiple rig types will be highly regarded. The successful candidate should be capable of safely operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting these rigs while consistently delivering productive drilling performance in accordance with company procedures, client requirements, and industry best practices.

Experience in the following areas is also desirable:

• Reverse Circulation (RC) drilling operations
• Deep-hole exploration drilling
• Rig setup, pack-up, and mobilisation
• Basic mechanical fault finding and preventative maintenance
• Leadership and supervision of drill crews
• Compliance with mine site safety systems and procedures
• Accurate completion of drilling, safety, and production documentation
• Candidates without experience on the exact rig models listed are still encouraged to apply if they possess strong leadership qualities and experience operating similar RC drilling equipment and can demonstrate the ability to quickly adapt to new machinery.

The successful applicant will be offered an attractive remuneration package 2:1 Rosters.

Essential Requirements for this role Include:

• Valid HR-B (minimum) Driver’s License (essential)
• Able to provide a compliant National Police Clearance
• Able to pass a Pre-Employment Medical/Drug and Alcohol Screen
• Western Australian residential address. FIFO positions from Perth are available only.
