ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Rallys Tours & Transfers is looking for safe, reliable and genuinely caring chauffeurs to join our growing Queensland team.

You will provide premium transport services across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding regions using Rallys vehicles. We cover approved fuel, tolls, parking and vehicle maintenance.

This opportunity suits someone who takes pride in their presentation, enjoys looking after people and understands the importance of punctual, discreet and professional service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete allocated bookings safely and punctually
• Review booking details and plan each journey in advance
• Provide a warm and professional passenger experience
• Communicate clearly with passengers and our operations team
• Update booking statuses through the Rallys driver application
• Assist passengers with luggage where reasonably required
• Complete vehicle safety and presentation checks
• Keep allocated vehicles clean and professionally presented
• Report delays, incidents or vehicle concerns immediately

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Current unrestricted Queensland driver licence (C/LR Preferred)
• Current Queensland Booked Hire and Taxi Driver Authorisation
• Queensland Heavy Rigid licence holders are strongly encouraged to apply
• Valid ABN & ACN
• Valid Australian work rights
• Satisfactory driving history
• Current police clearance, or willingness to obtain one
• Professional presentation and excellent customer service skills
• Confidence using smartphones, navigation and driver applications
• Reliability and availability across early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of Brisbane, the Gold Coast and surrounding areas

Previous experience in chauffeur services, passenger transport, tourism, aviation, corporate travel or premium hospitality will be highly regarded.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
