We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated First Nations, Indigenous, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Customer Service Attendants to join our Aviation Team at Perth Airport on a casual basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin or grow your career in the aviation industry while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced airport environment. About the Role

Reporting to the Indigenous Coordinator and supported by a welcoming supervisory team, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for passengers travelling through Perth Airport.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service at passenger screening points
  • Assisting travellers with enquiries and directions
  • Managing passenger flow efficiently through terminal screening areas
  • Creating a safe, welcoming, and professional airport environment
  • Working collaboratively with airport stakeholders and security teams
  • Career growth

No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for people who are customer-focused, reliable, and eager to learn.

You will ideally have:

  • Previous customer service experience or a genuine interest in working within the aviation industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
  • Eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) sponsored by ISS (no criminal history within the last 10 years)
  • An unrestricted driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster
