Receptionist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join the Perth office! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for any visitors to the office, events or anyone contacting the Company with a focus on maintaining security by logging all visitors and issuing visitor passes and providing support to all members of staff.

Your focus will include:


  • Greeting all visitors
  • Answering calls & transferring calls as necessary
  • Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis
  • Monitor the Reception inbox & forwarding emails to the relevant department
  • Support the coordination of internal and external events
  • Handling queries and complaints via phone, email and general correspondence
  • Assisting with office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture

What you will bring to the team:


  • Previous clerical, administrative or receptionist experience preferred
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills
  • High attention to detail couple with exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong customer service skills, a polite telephone manner and well presented at all times
