About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and Diploma (or equivalent) qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about supporting children's development, fostering independence, and creating meaningful learning experiences based on children's interests.

You will work collaboratively with a supportive team to deliver high-quality education and care in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children
• Implement engaging learning programs aligned with EYLF
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
• Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development (learning stories)
• Support children's independence, confidence, and wellbeing
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership
• Ensure compliance with centre policies, procedures, and regulations

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
