Due to continued growth, we are looking for compassionate, energetic and motivated Early Childhood Intervention Support Workers/Educators to join our growing team.

About the Role

You'll work one-on-one with children aged 0–9 years who have developmental delays, autism, intellectual disability and other disabilities.

Working alongside families and allied health professionals, you will implement therapy-based strategies during everyday routines, play, and community activities to support children's development and independence.

This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred supports in the child's home, community, childcare or school.
  • Implement therapy programs developed by Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Support children's communication, emotional regulation and social development.
  • Facilitate learning through play-based activities.
  • Assist with daily living and self-care skill development.
  • Support positive behaviour strategies.
  • Encourage independence while ensuring safety.
  • Build positive relationships with children and families.
  • Complete high-quality shift notes and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

About You

Essential Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Individual Support, Community Services, Disability, Education Support or equivalent (or currently studying)
  • Experience working with children (NDIS, childcare, education, disability or allied health preferred)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
  • Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Australian Driver Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
  • Smartphone and basic computer skills
  • Full Australian working rights
