Position Description

If you are looking for a career in hospitality on the Eastern Suburbs, Cali Press offers it all. Successful applicants will be trained across all store operations and will be working in a fast paced environment side-by-side with other young, energetic and fun health focused people. Our work environment is fun, clean and dynamic.

Juniors are welcome to apply and the payrate will be based on age as per the fast-food award.

This Position is exclusive for our locations: Bondi, Coogee, Randwick, Double Bay and Bronte.

Essential Duties

• Providing the Cali Experience at all times – lasting, positive experiences and vibes for our customers with the purpose of improving their day through great service and quality food
• Work fast and efficiently
• Engage with your team and customers alike
• Work across one or more of our various food preparation areas to bring the freshest and highest smoothies, acai and coffee to life
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene

Individual Requirements

• Strong customer interaction skills with the ability to provide customers with personable, friendly and knowledgeable service
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and work as team
• Ability to ensure product consistency, maintain cafe operational standards and complete daily tasks
• Ability to work across a 7 day roster, including early morning starts
• Previous experience in a hospitality environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to learn quickly
• Honesty and reliability is 100% essential
• Legal right to work in Australia
