Location: Brisbane & Melbourne

Work Type: Full time

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

We are searching for a talented Paid Media Executive to join our team. You’ll primarily focus on learning and implementing paid media strategies for an exciting portfolio that includes some of Australia’s leading eCommerce retailers.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an agency, with a genuine interest in and passion for paid media. You should be familiar with managing and optimising paid search and social campaigns. You’re likely someone who loves getting hands-on, learning new things, and being the ultimate team player.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns
• Craft tailored digital strategies with clients
• Maximise campaign performance within budgets
• Stay updated on industry trends and share insights
• Guide junior team members and contribute to account strategies

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Strong time management and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and Excel
• Creative ad copywriting abilities
• Experience with paid campaigns across multiple platforms
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (regarded but not essential)
