About the Role:

This role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who wants broad exposure to how a global consumer brand operates. Rather than sitting within a single function, you'll work across customer experience, operations, product and marketing, gaining hands-on experience and developing a well-rounded understanding of the business.

As part of the Business Experience team, you'll support a variety of projects and initiatives that help keep the business running smoothly while collaborating with teams across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to learn how different departments work together, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain insight into the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing global brand.

No two days will look the same. You'll be exposed to a wide range of business activities, helping you build valuable commercial, operational and communication skills while discovering where your strengths and interests lie. As your skills, confidence and knowledge grow, you'll take on increasing ownership and responsibility, creating a strong foundation for a long-term career within Hismile.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform customer experience tasks, including responding to customer emails, social channels, reviews, and disputes.
  • Assist the product team with product sampling, packaging approval, as well as ordering PR and product sample materials.
  • Support B2B operations, including international retail ordering and communications with international warehouses and retailers.
  • Contribute to operational support tasks, including fulfilment, administration, and supply chain coordination.
  • Manage ad comments across paid and organic content and assist in creation of organic content.
  • Help maintain accurate records of business activities and provide administrative support across the wider business
  • Support process improvement initiatives by providing input and assisting with implementation

About you:

  • Recent graduate or early-career professional in Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)
  • Some experience in operations, customer experience, or project support is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team player who is proactive and solution-oriented
  • Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly, including Shopify or similar platforms

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms is advantageous but not essential
  • Knowledge navigating social media platforms
