Management Consultant (Senior Associate/Manager/Senior Manager) – Expression of Interest – Melbourne or Sydney
The Opportunity
Our Management Consulting team partners with clients to solve their most complex business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes across:

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from consulting professionals at the Senior Associate, Manager or Senior Manager level who are passionate about helping organisations navigate change, improve performance and deliver sustainable results.
Depending on your level, you will work alongside senior client stakeholders to diagnose business issues, shape practical solutions, lead project delivery teams and contribute to the growth of our consulting practice.
How you will make an impact
Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, you will be a high-performing consultant who can independently manage workstreams, develop quality deliverables and support engagement delivery while building trusted relationships with clients.
- Apply structured problem-solving, research and analysis to identify insights and develop actionable recommendations.
- Lead workstreams and develop high-quality, client-ready deliverables
- Engage with client stakeholders to gather information, facilitate discussions and support successful project outcomes.
- Contribute to proposal development, including client research, solution design and proposal writing.
- Apply consulting methodologies, frameworks and industry insights to solve complex business challenges.
Manager
As a Manager, you will lead engagement delivery, manage project teams and act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to a high standard.
- Lead project teams and manage engagement delivery across scope, budget, timelines and quality expectations.
- Develop and present evidence-based recommendations that address complex business challenges and drive measurable outcomes.
- Build trusted client relationships and facilitate workshops, discussions and decision-making forums with senior stakeholders.
- Lead proposal development activities, including methodology design, solution development and commercial inputs.
- Coach and develop consultants through active mentoring, quality assurance and capability building.
Senior Manager
As a Senior Manager, you will be a recognised leader within the practice, responsible for leading complex engagements, shaping client opportunities and building long-term trusted relationships with senior executives.
- Lead large-scale transformation, strategy and performance improvement engagements from design through implementation.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to shape solutions, influence decision-making and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Identify and develop new client opportunities, leading proposal pursuits and business development activities.
- Provide leadership across multiple engagements, ensuring strong commercial performance, delivery quality and risk management.
- Build high-performing teams and contribute to practice growth through coaching, mentoring and thought leadership
About you and what you'll bring
- Experience within management consulting, professional services, internal advisory or consulting-style environments
- Demonstrated experience in advisory, transformation, program delivery, operational improvement, change management, transformation and/or organisational development
- A strong track record of managing senior stakeholders and leading diverse, high‑performing project teams
- Commercial insight, with experience contributing to proposals or business development initiatives
- Highly developed communication skills, including executive-level written and verbal presentation
- Demonstrated people leadership capability, including coaching and mentoring consultants
- Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, economics, or a related discipline; MBA or postgraduate qualifications advantageous
