- $174,572.48 per annum (pro rata) + Super + ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax free for living expenses

As our GP Lead - Academic Post Cohort Support and Education Program, you'll also:
- Deliver engaging workshops, webinars and facilitated sessions for Academic Post registrars, including lectures, presentations and expert panels.
- Analyse learning needs and evaluation data to continuously refine program activities and educational approaches.
- Provide targeted support to university supervisors and registrars, including pastoral support and cohort engagement activities.
- Build relationships across RACGP research and education teams, promote the program and identify opportunities for collaboration and shared initiatives.
- RACGP Fellowship and a PhD in general practice or primary care research
- Strong experience and expertise in general practice research
- Experience and high-level skills in medical education and/or teaching
- Proven experience working with and supporting GP registrars
