ACC Singleton (ACCS) is located in the beautiful Hunter Valley with easy access to Newcastle, ACCS is a thriving P-12 community experiencing a period of sustained growth. With a current enrolment of 450 students and a trajectory toward 650 by 2030, we are a school on the move. Multiple Support Staff Opportunities

Due to continued growth in enrolments, we are seeking applications from dynamic, dedicated, and skilled professional support staff across the following non-teaching roles:

  • Science Laboratory Assistant
  • Food Technology Assistant
  • Learning Support Teacher Aide
  • School Administrative Officer

These full-time or part-time (open to negotiation) roles commence Term 1 2027.



Requirements


Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting the effective day-to-day operation of the school and contributing to a positive learning environment.
  • Providing practical, administrative and/or learning support to students and staff.
  • Assisting teachers and relevant staff in the preparation, organisation and delivery of learning activities and programs.
  • Supporting students with diverse learning needs and contributing to their engagement, participation and wellbeing.
  • Preparing, maintaining and safely managing equipment, resources, facilities and learning environments.
  • Undertaking administrative tasks, record keeping and communication relevant to the role.
  • Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, students, families and the broader school community.
  • Following school policies, procedures, workplace health and safety requirements and child safeguarding practices.
  • Contributing positively to the culture, values and Christian ethos of the school.
  • Demonstrating flexibility and initiative in responding to the changing needs of a growing school community.
