Role: Early Childhood Educator

Location: Southern region, NSW – All centres are located within the NSW Southern region

Salary Range : Ranging from $40 to $45 per hour + Superannuation (Dependant on qualifications and experience)

Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You’ll need:
Educator – Cert III in Early Childhood Education

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience

Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families

Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement

Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program

Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
