Job Summary

We are seeking Electrical Engineers at multiple levels to join our growing teams across NSW and VIC, Australia. Whether you are an emerging engineer looking to build strong technical foundations, an experienced engineer ready to take ownership of complex design work, or a senior/associate-level professional seeking greater project leadership and client engagement, this is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful, high-quality building services projects in a collaborative and purpose-led environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You’ll Do

  • Contribute to the design and delivery of electrical systems for building services projects across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, education, laboratories, data centres, sports, industrial and precinct-scale developments.
  • Prepare, review and coordinate electrical design documentation, calculations, specifications and reports from concept through to construction delivery.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, architects, contractors and other project stakeholders to achieve integrated design outcomes.
  • Apply relevant Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and sound engineering judgement to deliver safe, compliant and efficient solutions.
  • Support sustainable, resilient and low-carbon design outcomes aligned with project and client objectives.
  • For senior-level candidates: lead project delivery, manage scope, program and quality, mentor junior engineers and contribute to client relationships, bids and business development activities.

Opportunities Across All Levels

  • Engineer / Project Engineer: Take ownership of design packages, coordinate with project teams and develop your consulting, documentation and delivery capability.
  • Senior Engineer: Lead technical design outcomes, guide emerging engineers, manage project interfaces and contribute to high-quality, commercially aware project delivery.
  • Associate / Senior Associate: Provide technical and project leadership, strengthen client relationships, support team development and contribute to growth opportunities in different sectors.

What You’ll Bring

  • A recognised qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience in building services electrical design, consulting or project delivery, with level of experience aligned to the role you are applying for.
  • Knowledge of Australian Standards, electrical design principles and the National Construction Code.
  • Experience with Revit and relevant electrical calculation/design tools such as PowerCAD, AGi32 or similar will be highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Chartered status, NER registration or eligibility to progress toward professional accreditation will be viewed favourably for senior roles.
