The Role: Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME)

You’ll be part of a high-performing, well-supported maintenance crew, ensuring our aircraft are in peak condition across a range of operations. From routine maintenance to mission-critical fixes, your work will directly contribute to the safety and success of every flight.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to the highest health and safety standards, supporting our proactive safety culture across all maintenance activities and team operations
• Ensure all aircraft maintenance is completed in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Manual, Civil Aviation Regulations, and relevant manufacturer manuals
• Maintain strict control over stores and distribution systems, adhering to the Operations Manual
• Build and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and subcontractors involved in the maintenance process

Required Skills & Experience:

• CASA B1.4 Licence (or equivalent)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Robinson Helicopters
• Competency using electronic maintenance systems (e.g. Aerotrack)

Desirable Extras:

• CASA B1.3 Licence (or equivalent)
• Previous experience working on Bell 206 and Airbus AS350 platforms
• Alison and/or Arriel type rated
