Abstract Supports is an award-winning disability and mental health support provider serving Western Sydney, Penrith, Hawkesbury, Blacktown, the Lower Blue Mountains, Bankstown, and Campbelltown.

As we continue to expand, we’re looking for passionate, reliable Support Workers who are ready to grow with us and make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
The Role
You’ll provide high-quality, one-to-one support to people living with physical, psychosocial, and intellectual disabilities.
Every day is different — you might assist with:
- Personal care, daily living, and home-based supports
- Community access, social participation, and appointments
- Building independence, confidence, and life skills
- Emotional support and companionship
- Shift documentation and communication through ShiftCare

What You’ll Need
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or Police Check recently completed
- Working With Children Check (if supporting minors)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- NDIS Orientation Module (free online – we’ll guide you through it if needed)
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
- Minimum 6 months experience in disability, mental health, or community services highly regarded
