Turks are looking for a capable Lawyer (1-3 PQE) to join our high performing and successful Employers Liability team in Sydney.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Partners, associates and clients.

Responsibilities
You will take responsibility and ownership over a range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- managing and advising on employment practice claims;
- providing clear, commercially focused legal advice on employment law issues;
- conducting effective legal research to support accurate and practical advice;
- supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, as required;
- engaging directly with clients and building strong professional relationships; and
- appearing in courts and tribunals, including preparing submissions and advocacy work.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- an academic qualification in law, and admission as a legal practitioner with a current NSW practising certificate;
- 1-3 years' PQE with experience in employment law or related matters;
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex claims; and
- excellent analytical, drafting and communication (verbal and written) skills, with superior attention to detail.
