The Position

We’re seeking an enthusiastic person to join our Child, Youth and Family Services Team to provide rostering, program planning and administrative support. The successful candidate will bring strong organisational skills, communication, time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to ensure our operations run smoothly and our clients have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Answering and directing phone calls to relevant team members.
  • Overseeing team email inboxes, and providing responses appropriately, or delegation to the appropriate team member.
  • Scheduling meetings and client appointments
  • Program planning and Event bookings
  • General administrative tasks to support operations in the team and organisation

About You

This is an opportunity for an experienced Scheduling & Administration Officer with a genuine interest in working collaboratively to ensure effective team goals and client outcomes are met.

  • You have demonstrated experience in rostering/scheduling.
  • You have excellent computer literacy including Microsoft applications.
  • You have excellent attention to detail. Creating and maintaining documentation and spreadsheets
  • You are able to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic working environment
  • And finally, you’re someone who’s passionate about making a difference and working in the NFP sector.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proof of Australian Working Rights
  • Current Driver’s License & a reliable vehicle
  • Cert IV in Business or Administration

Candidates will also either have or be willing to obtain the following:

  • National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
  • Working with Children Card
