HP Energy is expanding, and we are looking for motivated salespeople to join our growing residential sales team across Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia.

Previous solar industry experience is not required. This role is well suited to sales professionals from other industries who are ready to move into a higher-value, higher-earning sales environment.

What We Offer

• Full product and sales training
• Appointed residential leads — these are not cold leads
• Remote selling model, with in-home appointments only when required
• Back-office support, including admin, technical support, quoting assistance, customer follow-up and installation handover
• A growing range of value-add products, including EV chargers, induction cooktops, heat pumps, air conditioning and other energy efficiency solutions
• Average agents can earn around $150,000+ per year, with higher earnings available for strong performers
• Earnings are performance-based, with this being a commission-only sales role offering strong income potential for consistent results

Residential Sales Consultant Role

As a Residential Sales Consultant, you will speak with homeowners who have already shown interest in renewable energy or energy efficiency solutions.

Your role will include:

• Contacting appointed residential leads
• Understanding the customer’s home energy needs
• Presenting suitable residential energy solutions
• Preparing and explaining proposals
• Following up with customers professionally
• Closing sales and handing completed jobs over to the operations team
• Keeping accurate records throughout the sales process

This role is suited to people with experience in residential sales, phone sales, home improvement, solar, finance, insurance, real estate, cars, retail or any other customer-focused sales background.
