In the role of Consultant Communications, Change & Engagement you will join the NAB’s Personal Banking Marketing & Communications Enablement team that’s doubling down making a tangible difference to customers while keeping it simple.
Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:
- Own and coordinate specific project of communications and change for Personal Banking inclusive of cyclical activities, regulatory change and Personal Banking/BAU funded initiatives and events.
- Providing the business with communications advice and expertise to support the achievement of Personal Bank’s strategic ambitions.
- Developing compelling narrative and key messages, that clearly articulate a compelling case, driving the required change or engagement to enable benefit realisation.
- Producing project communications for the business, including developing materials such as electronic emails, Executive speaking points, presentation packs, intranet sites, videos etc.
- Managing events (face-to-face and online) for the business, including agenda/content recommendations, coordination and briefing of speakers and development of associated supporting communications materials and logistics.
- Managing content approval with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Monitoring and assessing the effectiveness of communications.
- Supporting the Senior Consultants and/or Manager Change Communications & Engagement –with strategic and adhoc or reactive communications as required with urgency.

- Extensive experience within Communications/Change/Marketing environment ideally within Banking and Finance and/or across large enterprise corporate business.
- Delivering to and working within tight deadlines, while juggling multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
- Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
- A commercial mindset with exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to influence outcomes and delivery.
- Highly organised and analytical eye for attention to detail
