We’re seeking Field Engineers to support our growing team. Responsible for the smooth delivery of projects by planning and executing them in the field, FUZE Field Engineers manage teams in the office and onsite in to realise the successful completion of scopes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships, handle inquiries, prepare estimations and proposals, and ensure timely communication for project progress and updates across relevant systems.
• Small Jobs Oversight: Manage small project delivery, coordinate with various departments, plan and supervise job execution, provide site support, and ensure thorough job closure and documentation.
• Support for Big Projects: Assist Project Managers in various project phases including quoting, planning, mobilisation, execution, and close-out tasks such as documentation, coordination, reporting, and client interaction.
• Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance: Actively participate in HSE initiatives, report hazards, minimise environmental impact, adhere to safety protocols, and exercise ‘Duty of Care’ for oneself and others.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure delivery meets contract specifications, adhere to timelines, maintain effective communication, and report non-conformances for continuous improvement.
• General Responsibilities & Team Development: Uphold safety and quality standards, mentor colleagues, seek improvements in company systems, contribute to intellectual property development, comply with contracts and employment conditions, maintain professionalism, foster a positive team culture, and prioritise dignity, respect, and well-being in the workplace.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Qualifications:

• Tertiary qualifications in STEM subjects or equivalent education in related technical fields.

Skills:

• Exceptional organisational abilities, adept at prioritising tasks effectively.
• Proficient and articulate in both written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated proficiency in administrative processes and procedures.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, able to foster rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative team player with a strong understanding of effective teamwork dynamics.

Experience:

• More than 2 years of hands-on experience in Field Engineering or technical field execution.
• Proven track record within the Oil & Gas or Mining industries, showcasing familiarity with industry-specific practices.
• Leadership experience demonstrating the ability to guide and coordinate teams effectively.
• Prior background working within a small company and team, showcasing adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments.
