Enmore Medical Practice is seeking a casual Part time/ Full time Medical Receptionist for our modern and established medical practice .

It is expected that the employee will contribute to the effective operation of our medical practice by handling the day-to-day tasks in the practice.

Key Selection Criteria - Mandatory

• Previous experience as a medical receptionist
• Familiarity with Medical Software ( Best Practice or Medical Director/ Pracsoft)
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Ability to prioritize and organised
• Willingness to learn on the job

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.00 – $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 15 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Experience:

• medical receptionist: 1 year (Required)

Work Authorisation:

• Australia (Required)
