About the Program
This is an Expression of Interest for our next cohort of our Early Careers Accelerator Program. We anticipate hiring will commence within the next 4-8 weeks. This is a structured two-year development program, starting with six weeks of foundational training across:

• Business Analysis
• Project Management
• Quality Assurance
• Professional consulting skills

Following training, you’ll be placed with one of our Sydney-based clients where you’ll gain hands-on experience, backed by ongoing support, monthly upskilling sessions, and mentoring.

Please note you must be able to hold full Australian working rights for at least two years.

No prior IT experience or qualifications required.

Basic understanding of programming or tech concepts is a plus but not essential.
