About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Marketing & Admin Assistant to support our marketing activities and daily office operations.

This is an entry-level role suited to someone who is highly organised, self-driven, and keen to develop practical experience across digital content creation, social media, video production, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be confident managing multiple tasks, and have a strong sense of responsibility and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Content Support

  • Assist with planning, filming, and editing short-form video content for social media, company websites, and marketing campaigns
  • Support basic video scripting, captions, and content ideas based on marketing needs
  • Assist with social media content preparation, posting, and general content coordination
  • Help organise marketing materials, project updates, and digital assets
  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day campaign tasks and content-related requests

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general office administration and daily operational tasks
  • Support email communication, document filing, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Help maintain internal records, databases, and shared folders
  • Coordinate basic tasks with internal team members, suppliers, and external contacts when required
  • Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and wider team as needed

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented
  • Self-driven and willing to take initiative
  • A strong multitasker with good time management skills

Skills & Requirements

  • Basic video filming and editing skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, Xiaohongshu, or similar platforms
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Valid working rights in Australia
  • A video editing portfolio or examples of previous work will be highly regarded

Preferred but Not Essential

  • Mandarin-speaking ability
  • Previous internship, part-time, or entry-level experience in marketing, administration, content creation, or real estate
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar editing tools
