Full Time

We’re looking for a Admin / Media Coordinator to join the team full time. This role is ideal for someone who recently completed their studies or is looking to kick start their career in a fun media / marketing role! Office or marketing experience is preferred, but not necessary.


Salary: $50,000 + Super

  • Supporting & working with our Office Manager on a daily
  • Setting up and activating new clients
  • Using various CRM / CMS platforms (training provided)
  • Scheduling Promotions Via our SMS System
  • General office admin duties
  • Communicating with clients and chasing promotions
