Gerard Malouf & Partners has a great opportunity for an Entry Level Administration role at CBD Law Firm to join our busy team situated in our Parramatta & Sydney CBD offices.

The role:

Our Firm continues to grow and so does our need to bring on good people.

This is an entry level opportunity with the view of being a long-term administration role, with opportunity to progress in the future. Training and support will be offered. The work is fast paced, with a strong procedural component. You will be based in our office, Monday to Friday.

About the Role

As part of a collaborative team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across a variety of matters. This hands-on role offers exposure to client work, matter coordination, and a range of office duties, perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting, formatting, and managing legal documents and correspondence
  • Diary management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Client liaison and maintaining strong professional relationships
  • File management, billing, and general administrative support
  • Assisting with the coordination of matters from start to finish
  • Office all-rounder duties including ad hoc admin and supporting the wider team
