role summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ERP systems, specifically Dynamics F&O, and will be responsible for driving the successful deployment and optimisation of the ERP solution across the organisation. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and business case development skills to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Dynamics F&O across all business units.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases to support ERP initiatives.
  • Facilitate process mapping sessions and create detailed process documentation.
  • Provide expertise in ERP functionality and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and risks to ensure successful project completion.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  • Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of ERP solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing ERP systems, with a focus on Dynamics F&O.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Proven experience in process mapping and business process reengineering.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in developing and presenting business cases.
  • Knowledge of best practices in ERP implementation and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Dynamics F&O or related ERP systems.
  • Experience in a rapidly growing company with multiple locations.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific ERP requirements and regulations.
