We’re Hiring Waiters

Casual positions available. Trading 7 days a week, there is a variety of shifts available.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a fast-paced casual dining or quick service venue

• Strong guest service skills and confidence in managing a section

• The ability to communicate clearly and work well under pressure

• A natural sense of hospitality—you love working with people and delivering great guest experiences

• Familiarity with POS systems, steps of service, and handling allergen enquiries

• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team mentality

• Availability to work across nights, weekends, and public holidays as required

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Supporting day-to-day FOH operations alongside the management team

• Managing sections, and keeping service smooth and on-point

• Driving strong guest experiences and service consistency

• Contributing to the energetic and positive culture we’re building at Henrietta Bondi
