FIFO Casual Site Administrators

  • $452 per day
  • Variety of rosters (4/3, 8/6, 7/7, 14/7, 14/14)
  • Flight, accommodation and meals provided

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. Due to anticipated growth across our flagship portfolio in WA, we have exciting opportunities for experienced Site Administrators interested in joining the remote sector.

The Position

  • Working as key members in our site operations teams
  • Front desk attendance
  • Management of accommodation systems
  • Travel logistics and general office administration
  • You will be the first point of contact with our residents, therefore it is imperative that your customer service skills are impeccable.

The Person

  • A team player with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in administration
  • Certificate III in Administration is highly desirable
  • Experience using accommodation booking systems within a hospitality or tourism environment
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • High standard of accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
  • A team player with a professional and friendly attitude, with the ability to relate to a diverse range of people, from front line staff to senior management
  • White Card and Australia Driver License required
