Exercise Physiologist (AEP)

Paramount Physiotherapy — Williamstown, VIC

Location: 37 Douglas Parade, Williamstown 3016

Type: Part-time or Full-time

Salary: $68,000 – $100,000+ plus super

Start Date: Flexible

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for an Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join the team at Paramount in Williamstown.

Exercise physiology is a core part of what we do here — not an afterthought. You'll be working in a clinic with a boutique gym, a Pilates studio, and a physio team that actually wants to collaborate. The caseload is varied: one-on-one consults, group classes, NDIS, chronic disease, musculoskeletal. You'll be busy, and the work is meaningful.

New grads are welcome. If you're experienced and looking for a place that takes EP seriously as a clinical discipline, we'd also love to hear from you.

THE ROLE INVOLVES

– One-on-one EP consultations across a mixed caseload

– Running group classes — EP Gym and GLA:D (a structured program for people with hip and knee OA)

– Working closely with our physio team on shared clients and treatment planning

– Assessing, programming, and progressing clients with a focus on real outcomes

– NDIS and chronic disease management

– Contributing to the clinic's PD culture and keeping your practice current

– Building your referrer network and playing a role in growing the EP side of the clinic

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

– ESSA-accredited AEP (or about to be)

– Someone who sees exercise as medicine, not just movement

– Comfortable running group settings as well as individual consults

– A team player — we work together here, not in silos

– New grads encouraged to apply

WHAT WE OFFER

– $1,500 annual PD budget
